FAQs

Answers to common questions about my services.

  • Hypnosis is a state of deep relaxation and heightened focus that allows access to the subconscious mind, where we can address and modify beliefs, habits, and behaviors.

  • Hypnosis works by guiding individuals into a deeply relaxed state, allowing access to the subconscious mind. In this state, positive suggestions can be introduced to help change perceptions, behaviors, or emotions. It's like tapping into the control center of the mind to make desired changes more accessible and achievable.

  • In a hypnosis session, you'll experience a guided relaxation to help you reach a trance-like state. Once there, you're more open to positive suggestions and can explore and address specific challenges or goals you have. It's a collaborative process where we work together to tap into your subconscious and promote healing or change. Consider my form of hypnosis a visual and auditory journey that engages multiple senses.

  • Depending on the topic/concern/need, sessions can run from 1 to 1.5 hours. I always ask clients to allot the full 1.5 hours just in case!

You are never charged for more than the hourly rate.

  • Absolutely! Please use my scheduling system to book a 15-minute consultation.

  • Either through email at redrealmhypnosis@gmail.com, my Contact Page, or through my scheduling system.

  • As always, you may book a 15-minute consultation for any questions! If you feel a consultation isn’t needed, I recommend starting with the 3-session package. Hypnosis works as a conditioning effect: the more you engage with it, the deeper the trance, leading to better results.
